Points
POINTS:
On point spread and total wagering you are allowed to "buy points".
Buying points means you can move the line up to 2 points. The way this works is for every ½ point you want to buy, you must risk 10% in extra juice (except when buying on/off of a 3 in NFL).
So let's say you like the Dolphins -7 over the Colts - however, you think they will win by a touchdown. So instead of risking $110 to win $100 at -7, you can risk $120 to win $100 at -6 ½.
| Here is a summary of the rules for buying points: |
| 1/2 point - you lay 120/100 |
| 1 point - you lay 130/100 |
| 1 1/2 points - you lay 140/100 |
| 2 points - you lay 150/100 |
When buying on or off of an NFL 3, there is an extra 10% juice.
You can buy up to 2 points on any Football or Basketball game
| 510 | Colts | -3 | Buying the Colts to -2½ would cost -130 |
| 511 | Jaguars | +3 | Buying the Jaguars to +3½ would cost -130 |
| 515 | Raiders | +2½ | Buying the Raiders to 3 would cost -130 |
| 516 | Jets | -2½ | Buying the Jets to -2 only costs -120 |
• You are allowed to buy points on 2 or 3 team parlays only.
• You can buy points on If Bets, but only on the first 3 teams.
• Round robins have the same rules as parlays.
• You cannot buy points on 1st halves, 2nd halves, or quarters
